Mark Noack is a product developer at HIAGO Inc. Mark has also worked as a technical writer, client relations manager, news reporter, and editorial intern.
Mark started their career as an intern at Maximum PC magazine in 2004. Mark then worked as an editorial intern at The Spokesman-Review and Tri-County News before becoming a reporter at the Half Moon Bay Review in 2008. In 2015, they joined the Mountain View Voice as a news reporter, covering local city politics, the NASA Ames Research Center, and the big tech players in Silicon Valley, including Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.
In 2020, Mark became the client relations manager at LEGALFORCE RAPC WORLDWIDE, where they launched the company's first-ever Client Relations department. Mark drafted training materials and protocols for the 15-person international team and managed the company-wide CRM software integration and client database for 80,000+ client law firms. Mark left LEGALFORCE RAPC WORLDWIDE in July 2021 to join Firebolt as a technical writer.
Mark Noack has a Master's in News Editorial Journalism from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's in Modern Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mark also has a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera.
