Pedro Roche Planas is a seasoned manufacturing engineer currently employed at Hiab since June 2021, where responsibilities include the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools and the definition of standard operating procedures. Prior experience includes a role as Process/Project Engineer at Eurofit Group from May 2016 to May 2021, focusing on automation projects and process improvement, as well as serving as a key SAP user and production engineer. Earlier roles include maintenance engineering at Ferrovial and quality technician at Instituto de Investigación en Ingeniería de Aragón (I3A). Pedro holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organization and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza, complemented by international study at Politecnico di Torino.
