Thilina Pathirathna is an experienced professional in product development and quality assurance within the textile industry. Currently serving as the Product Development Operations Director at Hi-Tech Apparel since October 2024, Thilina has previously held multiple key positions at Delta Galil Industries, including Director of Quality Assurance for Asia Internal Manufacturing and Head of Quality, among others, from December 2018 to October 2024. Prior roles include General Manager of Quality at The Rajlakshmi Cotton Mills Pvt Ltd and Head of Product Development at Brandix India. Thilina began the career at Brandix as an Executive and has continuously advanced expertise in quality assurance and product development. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Textile Technology from the University of Moratuwa, with earlier education at Narammala Mayuradapa Central College.
