Nuno Soares has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Ground Coordinator at HI FLY since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing aircraft assistance operations and coordinating client interactions. Prior to this role, Nuno worked at Qatar Airways as an Airport Services Duty Officer from July 2019 to May 2021, leading a team to ensure high service standards and effective operation management, along with conducting audits and resolving customer complaints. Nuno's career at Grupo SATA spanned over two decades, holding various positions, including Lisbon Station Manager, Compliance Monitoring Auditor, Ground Handling Supervisor, and Flight Dispatcher. Nuno holds a Professional Qualification in Loadmaster from Miles Aviation Consultancy and a PPLA from Escola de Aviação Leavia, complemented by secondary education from Escola Secundária Domingos Rebelo.
