Michail Alexiou has extensive experience in flight operations and aviation management, currently serving as the Nominated Person for Flight Operations at HI FLY since July 2010, supplemented by their roles as TRI/TRE for A320, A330, A350, and A340 aircraft. Prior to this, Michail held the position of Deputy NP Flight Operations and A340 Fleet Manager at HI FLY LTD from August 2017 to June 2023. Michail's earlier career includes serving as an airline pilot and project manager in the Flight Standards Division at Olympic Airlines S.A. from January 2004 to November 2009, as well as a pilot with Olympic Airways from September 1990 to December 2003. Michail Alexiou holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Air Transport Management from City, University of London, earned between 2004 and 2006, and is a graduate of the Hellenic Airforce Academy, where training took place from 1987 to 1990.
