Joana Duarte Baptista has accumulated extensive experience in the aviation and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Cabin Crew at HI FLY since June 2022, Joana previously held positions at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados as a Front Office Legal Secretary and at Clínica Médis as a Patient Manager. Prior to that, Joana worked at TAP Air Portugal and HI FLY as Cabin Crew, in addition to spending two years as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance. Joana completed a Cabin Crew Initial Training Course at MACF Aviation Training & Consultants in 2018 and pursued further education at Universidade da Beira Interior.
