Shailesh Pal has a robust background in procurement and supply chain management, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Purchase Officer at Hi-CON Technocast Pvt. Ltd. since July 2016, Shailesh has previously held positions as a Store & Purchase Officer at Jagdish Precision Cast Pvt. Ltd. and as a Purchase Executive at both Intricast Private Limited and Echjay Industries. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saurashtra University, Rajkot, and has also completed training in diesel mechanics at ITI.
