Rakesh R. has extensive experience in the field of DevOps engineering. Rakesh is currently working as a Principal DevOps Engineer at HHS Technology Group, where they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at AT&T as a Principal DevOps Engineer from March 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as analysis services, firewall management, virtual networks, automation using runbook and ARM, as well as managing data models in Visual Studio and implementing IAM and resource creation. Rakesh also gained experience in managing private link services, private endpoints, managed SQL servers, PowerBI, on-premise gateways, diagnostic settings for resources, and using terraform and firewalld for port forwarding. Rakesh also utilized Kubernetes to reduce infrastructure costs.

Before joining AT&T, Rakesh worked at Daimler Trucks North America as a DevOps Engineer from October 2014 to March 2020. In this role, they focused on implementing DevOps tools for deployments and automating deployment processes while collaborating with application teams to design solutions.

Rakesh's earlier experience includes working as a WebSphere Portal Admin and WebSphere App Admin at Pacific Life from September 2011 to October 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Middleware Administrator at IQMEN DATA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from April 2005 to August 2009.

Rakesh R. earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at International Technological University (ITU), completing their studies from 2010 to 2011. In addition, Rakesh R. obtained certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021, and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in January 2023.
