Chris Weilminster is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Chris serves as Founding Partner at Hg80 Real Estate and Mauloa, as well as at Dave's Hot Chicken and Pieology Pizzeria. Chris has a long-standing affiliation with Five Guys Enterprises, also as Founding Partner since 2002. Prior to these roles, Chris was Executive Vice President and COO at Urban Edge Properties, managing operations for 17.2 million square feet of GLA. Chris’s tenure at Federal Realty Investment Trust spanned nearly 30 years, culminating in leadership of the Mixed-Use Division, where Chris drove significant development and asset management initiatives, contributing to numerous renowned mixed-use developments. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
