Anantha Krishna has extensive experience in data analysis and process management, currently serving as an Analyst at HG Insights since February 2017, where responsibilities include developing IT service agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting process training, and analyzing financial data for IT firms. Previously, Anantha worked as an Associate Analyst and Process Associate at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, addressing complex claims-processing issues and providing exceptional service to policyholders while updating claim statuses and training new joiners. Anantha holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Management with a major in Human Resource Development and minor in Business Analytics from ISTTM Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from Little Flower Degree College.
