Mike Drennan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike started their career in 2005, working as a Consultant for White Rock Networks, where they were responsible for setting up retrofit solutions for suppliers. Mike also aligned the company with partners and launched new products.

In the same year, they joined Calix Networks as a Project Manager, where they continued their work on retrofit solutions and successfully implemented them in Sprint and Century.

In 2005, they also worked for TelStrat as the Director of Customer Service, where they led a team of Technical Support Engineers and managed post-sales support, new product introduction, and resource prioritization.

From 2005 to 2008, they worked for Pannaway Technologies as the Director of Technical Support. Mike oversaw various responsibilities such as installation coordination, training development and delivery, technical support, network design, and beta trial coordination.

In 2008, they joined Enablence Technologies as a Field Service Manager, where they managed field services for the company until 2011.

From 2011 to 2017, Mike worked for TelStrat as the Director of Customer Support and Professional Services, providing leadership and support to the organization.

In 2011, they also joined FXSupport as a Sales and Technical Support representative and contributed to the company until 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Serenova as the Director of Professional Services before joining DZSi in 2020. At DZSi, they served as a Lab Install and Testing resource, where they assisted with their headquarters' relocation, carried out equipment installation, and supported Salesforce development.

Currently, in 2021, Mike Drennan holds the position of Director of Support at HFR Networks.

Mike Drennan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University's College of Telecom between the years 1987 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended Pearce/Richardson from 1984 to 1987, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
