Malcolm Goddard serves on the Board of Directors for HFC (UK) Help For Children, focusing on child abuse prevention and treatment, and holds non-executive director positions at Portobello Pub Co, Happy Days Nurseries & Pre-Schools, and Typhoo Tea Ltd. As a partner at Crooklets LLP, Goddard provides consultancy services in development, strategy, and governance to investment firms. Previously, Goddard was a partner and CFO/COO at Zetland Capital, and held significant roles at Altima Partners, Commerzbank AG, ING Barings, and HSBC James Capel. Goddard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
