Travis Gibb currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Refinery Manager at HF Sinclair, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Travis Gibb spent nearly nine years at Koch Industries, where responsibilities included Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Area Operations Manager. Earlier experience also includes roles at Phillips 66 as a Shift Team Leader and Process Engineer, and at Nalco Water as a Pilot Plant Operator. Travis Gibb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
