Jennifer Baldi, CPSM, serves as the Director of Procurement Operations at HF Sinclair, where significant achievements include the monetization and re-leasing of a $44MM precious metals inventory and the integration of seven legacy material master databases across four ERP systems. Previously, Jennifer held positions at HF Sinclair as Procurement Manager and Refinery Accounting Analyst, contributing to critical projects such as the TRACK system implementation and a new yield accounting system during a merger. Early career experience includes supervising daily operations at Starbucks, where Jennifer received regional recognition for operational excellence and achieved Coffee Master status. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
