Jeanne Johns currently serves as a Non Executive Director at HF Sinclair since February 2024 and previously held a similar role at Melbourne Business School from December 2020 to September 2023. Additionally, Jeanne was an Executive Board Member of the International Fertilizer Association from May 2021 to June 2023 and served as CEO and Managing Director of Incitec Pivot Limited from November 2017 to June 2023, leading a major global explosives and fertilizer company. Prior non-executive roles include positions at Tate & Lyle and Parsons Corporation, with significant operational leadership experience at BP, where Jeanne held various senior roles over nearly three decades, focusing on safety, operational risk, and chemical production. Jeanne holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, an International Executive Programme from INSEAD, and has participated in various leadership and management studies through elite educational programs.
