Pauline Mary began their career in 2014 as a Stagiaire - Assistante graphisme / webdesign at Kreaten. In 2016, they joined Design Market as a Directrice Artistique / Assistante Webmarketing - E-Commerce and a Designer Graphique / Assistante commerciale - E-Commerce. In 2017, they moved to Pilot'bin as a Chargée de projet digital / Responsable des projets techniques. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Opinion Act in various roles, including Directrice clientèle SEO, Tech et Analytics, Consultante Cross-data Senior [Spécialisée Analytics & SEO] and Consultante Senior Web Analytics & SEO. In 2022, Pauline Mary began working at HeyTeam - Onboarding & Employee Journey as Head of SEM, Conversion & Marketing Ops. Additionally, from 2020 to present, they have been an Intervenante SEO at HEC Paris Executive Education, providing training and awareness on Natural Search Engine Optimization to Marketing Managers and introducing them to the development of effective SEO strategies and data analysis from search engines.

Pauline Mary has an extensive education history. In 2012-2013, they attended École de Condé and obtained a MANAA degree. Pauline then continued their studies at the same school, obtaining a BTS Design Graphique in 2013-2015. In 2015-2016, Pauline Mary obtained a Master 1 Expertise et Marché de l'art from École de Condé. Finally, they completed their MBA in Digital, UX, Marketing Digital, Data Strategy & User Experience from Sup de Pub - Groupe INSEEC in 2017-2018. Additionally, Pauline Mary has obtained certifications in SEMrush SEO Toolkit and Technical SEO Exam from SEMrush in 2020, and Google Analytics from Google.
