Jingyi Chen has worked as a Software Technical Support Engineer at HeyGears since 2022, a Business Development Associate at United Oriental Expo since 2019, and an Intern at The Red Pot, LLC since 2018.

Jingyi Chen received a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2018, following a two-year program that began in 2016. In 2020, they began a Master's degree program in Management Information Systems, General at the same university, which they are currently pursuing.
