Ana Selene Davis Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business architecture and process consulting. Currently serving as Arquitecto de Negocio at Hey Banco since March 2022, Ana previously held the role of Arquitecto de Reingenieria at Banregio from January 2019 to March 2022. With a solid background in process analysis, opportunity detection, and Lean tool implementation, Ana's expertise spans several areas including process mapping and KPI identification. Additionally, experience at Bredero Shaw as a Human Resources Assistant and Continuous Improvement Engineer has contributed to Ana's skills in training program generation, procedural development, and ISO compliance.
