Alfredo Escamilla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer insights, research, and management roles. Currently serving as a Consumer Insights & Research Manager at Hey Banco since September 2019, Alfredo coordinates in-house research and translates findings into actionable business strategies. Previous positions include Customer Experience Manager and Service Design Manager at Hey Banco, where Alfredo oversaw project supervision, team motivation, and user experience improvements. Prior experience at Banregio as a Product Manager involved leading fintech initiatives for mobile applications. As a Co-Founder of Monkier, Alfredo developed an on-demand service platform, focusing on operational optimization.
