Daniel Kowalczyk is a software engineer and co-founder of HexOcean since 2015. Daniel also worked as a senior software engineer for Win My Vote starting from the same year. In 2013, they were a software engineer at Codibly, responsible for the full software development process. Prior to that, in 2011, they worked as a freelancer for DM2 agency of marketing communication. In 2019, they became a Braintrust Founding Talent at Braintrust.

From 2011 to 2015, Daniel Kowalczyk attended Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, where they received an Engineer's degree in Informatics.
