Stephen Davies has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the European Quality Systems Improvement Manager at Hexcel Corporation since 2001, where previous roles include Global Quality Systems Manager and European Head of Quality. Prior to Hexcel, Stephen worked at Delphi from 1992 to 2001 as Customer Quality Manager in Italy, Product Manager, and in European Quality Systems based in Luxembourg. Earlier career experience includes a position as Quality Systems Engineer and Test Engineer at Iveco from 1989 to 1992. Stephen Davies holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Exeter.
