Monica Mathur is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Prior roles include Manager of Staffing and Recruitment at Kanbay India Pvt Ltd, Sr. Manager of Employee Relations at Aithent Technologies Pvt Ltd, and various HR management positions at Imercius Technologies Pvt Ltd, Metamor Global Solutions Ltd, and R Systems India Pvt Ltd. Monica began their career in telemarketing and sales.
