Kalpesh Gandhi is an experienced executive in the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President at Hexaware Technologies since July 2021, having previously held the role of Assistant Vice President. Prior to this, Kalpesh worked as a Program Manager at NICE Ltd from September 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included P&L management and service delivery across South East Asia and the Middle East. Earlier roles include Global Head of IT Infrastructure and Service Desk at Global Cloud Xchange, and Sr. PS Project Manager at Genesys and Alcatel Lucent India Ltd, focusing on project and program management in the JAPAC region. Kalpesh began a career in IT with roles at Reliance RBPO and Nirlon Ltd, holding various positions related to service offerings, network architecture, and system administration. Kalpesh holds an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision and a BSC in IT from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, along with a Diploma in Digital Electronics.
