Bharati Singh has been working in the technology industry since 2013. Bharati began their career as a Junior Engineer at HCL Technologies in 2013. In 2014, they joined Contata Solutions, where they held the role of Test Analyst and Junior Test Analyst. Bharati then moved to Mercer India in 2017, where they were a Lead Implementation Analyst. Currently, they are a Project Lead at Hexaview Technologies Inc., a position they have held since 2021.

Bharati Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ideal Institute of Technology in 2013. Bharati obtained their HSC from Shrimanta Shankar Academy in 2008, and their SSC from St. Stephen's School, Guwahati in 2006. In 2022, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
