Antoine Vandromme currently serves as the Directeur Général Adjoint at HEXAOM since April 2016, where effective June 1, 2022, Antoine took on a leadership role within the fifth generation of the Vandromme family, overseeing a company renowned for its century-long legacy in the housing industry. Additionally, Antoine has been a member of the group's executive committee and has held the role of Directeur Régional Hauts-de-France since January 2018, managing a team of 70 and aiming for significant regional growth. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Président of Maisons Évolution from 2013 to 2017 and holding various roles at Groupe Maisons France Confort. Antoine's early career involved founding a PR and events agency, Nyoma, and both consulting and managerial roles in the automotive sector, contributing a diverse skill set in management, marketing, and public relations. Antoine earned a BBA from ESSEC, further enriching expertise in business management and international relations.
