Zachary Pincus has worked as a Computational Biologist at Hexagon Bio, an Assistant Professor at Washington University in St. Louis since 2013, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University from 2007 to 2013.

Zachary Pincus obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stanford University between 1998 and 2002. Zachary then went on to Stanford University School of Medicine, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Informatics between 2002 and 2007.
