Marie-Anne Haour is a co-founder of Ladyship, a leadership program focused on empowering corporate women by integrating both feminine and masculine qualities. With extensive experience as a design thinker, innovation strategist, and user researcher at Simiya since 2010, Marie-Anne has worked across various sectors including wellness, telecom, and education, while collaborating with numerous organizations on user-centered design initiatives. As a certified systemic coach, Marie-Anne specializes in guiding entrepreneurs and professionals through transitions, and provides mentorship in design thinking through various roles, including coaching start-ups and training women entrepreneurs at Réseau Les Premières. Marie-Anne also contributes to academia as a part-time lecturer in design thinking at Université Paris Descartes and has held teaching roles at EDHEC Business School. Educationally, Marie-Anne possesses degrees from esteemed institutions including Stanford University and Lancaster University.
