Thomas Panos has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Thomas started their career at Telcordia Technologies in 1997, where they served as a Principal Account Executive for the AT&T Account Team. In this role, they were responsible for selling Telcordia's OSS/BSS products and consulting services and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Thomas remained with Telcordia Technologies until 2012.

In 2013, Panos joined Cyient as a Senior Account Manager. Thomas was assigned to Tier I and Tier II Telecom & Cable accounts in North America. Thomas'srole involved providing leading-edge engineering solutions to major organizations and managing key customer relationships. Thomas stayed with Cyient for ten years until 2023.

Most recently, Panos joined Hexad Solutions Group as the VP of Partner Development. Hexad is a company that specializes in providing engineering, design, and fiber splicing services to communication service providers. Panos is responsible for developing partnerships and alliances to support Hexad's growth.

Thomas Panos has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Thomas also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
