Suchan Lee started their work experience in 2011 as a Website/Guide Designer at Cornell Libraries - Rare and Manuscript Collections. In 2012, they worked as a Student Researcher at the Laboratory of Intelligent Machine Systems. They continued their research work in 2012 as a Student Researcher at the Cornell Creative Machines Lab until 2013. In 2013, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Palantir Technologies. In 2014, they worked as a CS 2110: Intro to Data Structures and Algorithms TA at Cornell University. They also started working as a Software Engineer at Palantir Technologies in 2014 and continued until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at Meta. Currently, since 2022, they work as a Software Engineer at Hex Technologies.

Suchan Lee completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science at the same university from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Suchan Lee obtained certifications including the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines from the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) institution.
