Ganesh Ramanarayanan is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in building and scaling technical teams across various companies, currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Hex since August 2023. Prior roles include Head of Platform Engineering and Head of Foundation Engineering at Notion, where Ganesh led diverse teams and managed significant infrastructure projects. As Director of Engineering at Pure Storage, Ganesh contributed to impressive company growth and was recognized multiple times among top employees. Earlier, as a Technical Co-Founder at Color, Ganesh was involved in multi-platform development and business deals, including a significant partnership with Verizon. With experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Google and internships at Google and Microsoft, Ganesh's academic background includes a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cornell University.
