Nir Ohayon is an experienced professional currently serving as an RnD Engineering Manager at Hewlett-Packard since June 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing the performance and scalability of web-based J2EE enterprise applications and managing a geographically distributed team. Previously, Nir was the RnD Enablement Operation Manager, responsible for resource and budget management for over 900 employees and a $50 million yearly budget, leading various cross-organizational projects. Additionally, Nir co-founded MatchMyPet in January 2005 and worked as a Business Analyst at SeaPass, facilitating communication between development teams and customers. Nir holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on IT management from Shenkar, obtained in 2008.
