Debbie Blume has a rich work experience, primarily with Hewlett-Packard (HP). Debbie started their career with HP in 1991 as an Information Systems Manager and went on to serve in various leadership roles within the company's Global Information Technology division. Some of their notable positions include Senior Director of Global Information Technology for HP's Imaging & Printing Group (IPG) Global Business Units, Senior Director for IPG's World-Wide Supply Chain Function, and Director for IPG Eservices businesses. Debbie was also Vice President of Global Information Technology and Vice President of Global Information Technology for HP's Global Human Resources and Payroll Functions. Throughout their career, Debbie has played a significant role in transforming IT infrastructure, implementing key strategic programs, and delivering measurable business value.

Debbie Blume obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Idaho, from 1983 to 1987. Debbie pursued further education at Boise State University and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 1989 to 1994.
