Carrie Battaglia has extensive work experience in the field of service desk management. Carrie held various directorial roles at EDS and HP Enterprise Services, overseeing global operations and managing large teams. Carrie has also worked in the banking industry as a VP of Operations. Currently, Carrie is enjoying their retirement from HP.

Carrie Battaglia attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2007, studying Global Enterprise. Additionally, they participated in a program called Power of Self, although the duration and specific focus of this program are unknown.
