Kateřina Líbalová has a diverse work experience. Kateřina is currently working as a Product Manager at Heureka Group since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at GRiT, where they held multiple roles. From June 2019 to November 2021, they were a Product Manager responsible for the digitalization of accounting and automation of invoice processing. Kateřina also served as the Team Leader of Product Managers from November 2021 to January 2023. Additionally, at GRiT, they worked as the Head of GRiT Design from August 2020 to August 2021 and as an Innovation Consultant from April 2019 to August 2020.

Before joining GRiT, they worked at CCV Information Systems as a Product Manager for research and development from February 2019 to April 2019. Prior to that, they held the positions of Project Manager and Consultant in the eGovernment division from March 2018 to February 2019 and May 2017 to March 2018, respectively. Kateřina started their career as a Project Intern in the eGovernment division from June 2016 to May 2017.

Kateřina Líbalová also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Centrum evropského projektování a.s. for a brief period in 2015 and as an Employee at SARL ANJOU MYRTILLES for seasonal work in 2012.

Kateřina Líbalová completed their education at Mendel University in Brno. Kateřina obtained a Bachelor's degree (Bc.) in Socioeconomic and Environmental Development of Regions, specializing in Public Administration from 2013 to 2016. Kateřina then pursued a Master's degree (Ing.) in Socioeconomic and Environmental Development of Regions with a specialization in Project Management from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Kateřina Líbalová also obtained additional certifications. In August 2018, they received the Scrum Foundation certification from TAYLLORCOX. In July 2017, they obtained the Manager of Projects certification (63-007-R) from Centrum evropského projektování a.s.
