Werner Van Minnebruggen, CIA, CFE, QAR, currently serves as the Juridisch Directeur a.i. at Ziekenhuis Netwerk Antwerpen since February 2018, holding multiple roles including Procurement Director a.i. and Project Leader Supply Chain. Additionally, Werner is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Federal Government and has been a member of the Audit Committee FOD since March 2015. As the Managing Director of NIBA CONSULT BVBA since October 2010, Werner owns and operates the firm. With extensive editorial experience as an editor for Kluwer since June 1994, Werner has also worked as a Compliance Consultant at Balta Group and served in various leadership roles in legal and compliance at Delhaize Belgium and Argenta Bank- en Verzekeringsgroep. Academic achievements include master's degrees in Law, Literature, and Philosophy, complemented by education from Vlerick Business School, Ghent University, and the University of Antwerp.
