Lia van der Heijden has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a teacher in ISK-onderwijs (Internationale Schakel KLas) and as a (remedial) teacher and teacher of Nederlands at Het Hooghuis since August 2001. Prior to this role, Lia worked at SKBO Oss from 1980 to 2001 as a teacher and intern educator. Lia holds a Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, attained between 2007 and 2010, and completed earlier education at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 1994 to 1997.
