Ron Adato currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager at HESS Construction, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ron held various positions at Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) from June 2022 to May 2024, including Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer, and worked at JBG SMITH from December 2017 to May 2022 as a Project Coordinator and Property Manager Administrator. Earlier experience includes roles as a Paralegal Assistant and Legal Assistant at Fragomen from November 2016 to September 2017 and as an Administrative Assistant at Stein Sperling from June 2015 to August 2016. Ron also completed a brief internship at CrossFit, Inc. in July 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University.
