Itzik Bar Gil has extensive experience in operations and materials management. Itzik served as the Director of Operations at Herzog Hospital from 2004 to the present. Before that, they worked as a Materials Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 1998 to 2002.

Itzik Bar gil obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from Sapir College between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Bar-Ilan University from 2010 to 2012. Itzik completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Marketing from Lander Academy between 2007 and 2010.
