Colm Nibbs is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in incident and problem management, currently serving as the Head of ITSM Incident and Problem Management at Hertz since February 2023. Prior roles include Senior Major Incident Manager at Dell Technologies and Incident and Problem Manager at Zinkworks, where Colm oversaw incident management for critical applications and process improvements. With extensive experience at Pramerica, responsibilities included managing high-severity incidents and enhancing critical incident review processes. Colm's technical expertise also encompasses Unix system administration and Oracle database administration from earlier positions at UNIFI Textured Yarns Europe Limited and as an Assistant Lecturer at Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
