Austin Kurey currently serves as the CRM Program Manager at Hertz since August 2023. Previously, from January 2018 to August 2023, Austin held various roles at Janus Henderson Investors, culminating in a position as Client Experience Measurement and Strategy Analyst, where project management and business analysis were key in a data migration project. Earlier experiences include a six-month assignment in London focusing on client experience measurement, roles as a Senior Investment Specialist, and multiple customer-oriented positions. Austin also played professional baseball in Germany and contributed as a student consultant at Ursinus College, which resulted in positive feedback from faculty. Austin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and German from Ursinus College.
