Leaf Ballast is an experienced engineering operations manager with a robust background in managing capital projects and facility operations. Currently serving as the Engineering Operations Manager at HPT New Orleans OSS LLC since October 2014 and at Hertz Investment Group for One Shell Square since June 2015, Leaf has overseen various projects, including tenant improvements and significant capital initiatives. Previous roles include Engineering Operations Manager at CBRE, Chief Engineer at REIT Management & Research LLC, and Associate Director of Engineering at LSU Health Sciences Center, where Leaf coordinated engineering and construction activities for multiple projects.
