Liz Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at HFL Education since September 2024, Liz has previously held significant roles including Board Trustee at Walsingham Support from March 2016 to September 2024, and Director of People at North London Hospice from August 2019 to March 2023. Liz’s expertise in HR was further established through positions such as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Breast Cancer Care and HR Director at both St Joseph’s Hospice and Equinox. Early career experience includes a role as Personnel Officer at the BBC. Liz holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from London South Bank University.
