Tracy Gurney currently serves as the Operations Director for Adult Disability Services and Mental Health at Hertfordshire County Council, a role held since July 2023. Previously, from October 2010 to June 2023, Tracy held the position of Head of Learning Disability Partnership at Cambridgeshire County Council, overseeing fully integrated health and social care services for adults with learning disabilities and autism, including both statutory and in-house provider services. Tracy Gurney obtained a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from St Loyes School of Occupational Therapy in Exeter between 1986 and 1989.
