Sarah Astell is an experienced professional currently serving as a Workplace Health Champion and Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Hertfordshire County Council since March 2020. In this role, Sarah worked closely with the Health Protection Team to manage the local COVID-19 response, addressing urgent inquiries in educational and workplace settings. Prior to this, Sarah held various HR roles and leadership positions at Computacenter, overseeing operations, scheduling, and managing technical resources. Additional experience includes a senior technician role at Fujitsu and administrative support at Hays, complemented by education at Sandringham School and Dacorum College.
