Dani Bailey is an experienced leader in corporate strategy and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Engagement at Hertfordshire County Council since January 2015. Dani has held various positions within the council, including Head of Executive Office and Chief of Staff, and SEND Strategy Improvement Manager during a secondment in Children's Services. Prior to this, Dani spent nearly nine years at the University of East London, where roles included Senior Project Manager and Employability and Enterprise Project Officer, focusing on student placements, volunteering, and work experience initiatives. Earlier career experiences included positions in sales and visual merchandising with ETAM and Gap Inc. Dani holds a BA Hons in Art from the University of East London and a CIM Certificate in Marketing from Hertford Regional College.
