The Grants Management team at Hertfordshire Community Foundation is responsible for overseeing the entire grants process from application to allocation. This includes evaluating grant proposals, coordinating with donors and applicants, managing ongoing grant-funded projects, and ensuring that funds are effectively utilized to support local initiatives. The team aims to address complex social issues and uplift some of Hertfordshire’s most vulnerable residents through targeted financial support and community programs.
