Brian Henry is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company since March 2019, Brian has previously held the position of Manager of Enterprise Computing at PSECU from March 2012 to March 2019, leading a team that supported end-user equipment and software. Brian's earlier roles at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts include IT Senior Support Technician, POS Team Lead, Application Support Specialist, and Systems Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed providing third-tier support for enterprise applications and supervising technical staff.
