Tyler Boswell has extensive experience in the information technology and guest services sectors, currently serving as Sr. IT Support Team Lead at Herschend Family Entertainment since October 2017. Prior roles at the same company include IT Support Technician, Guest Services & Ticketing Lead, Guest Services & Ticketing Assistant Lead, and Ticketing Cashier/Guest Services. Tyler also worked as a Pool Attendant at Sweetwater Pools for a brief period in 2017.
