Tara Walton currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Herron Todd White since October 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Tara has held similar positions at Stellar Recruitment from January 2016 to October 2024, and as HR Business Partner at Integria Healthcare from June 2014 to January 2016. Tara began career at GHD in September 2009 as a People Advisor and progressed to People Manager for North Queensland by 2013. Prior to GHD, Tara worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays from 2005 to October 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from James Cook University, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and attendance at St Mary Catholic College in Cairns from 1997 to 2001.
