Mats Palm has extensive experience in various leadership and safety roles, currently serving as Arbetsmiljökoordinator at IMI Hydronic Engineering since January 2002. In this position, Mats leads projects focused on machine safety and coordinates maintenance department activities. Additional roles include Oppositionsråd for Herrljunga Kommun, where Mats focuses on the municipality's growth and development, and a member of the political board of Regionservice, overseeing service offerings within Västra Götalandsregionen. Mats also has a background as a board member at Borås Sjukhus, providing oversight for quality and patient safety, and has served in leadership roles at Nossan förvaltnings AB and Herrljunga Elektriska. Mats is a former regional safety representative and educator with IF Metall from 2004 to 2013.
